Candidates may qualify for either position, and there may be opportunities to move between roles.Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in rotational molding and injection molding operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.Responsibilities include:Performing preventative maintenanceDiagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesRepairing machinery and assisting with equipment installations and upgradesMaintaining maintenance records and following safety proceduresWorking closely with production personnel to support daily operationsExperience: Industrial maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting skills are preferred, along with the ability to work independently. Experience with rotational molding, injection molding, or similar plastics manufacturing processes is a plus.Rotational Molding Machine OperatorWe currently have both day shift and night shift positions available, working 4 ten-hour shifts per week.No experience is necessary.
