Position: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Pearl River Plant - Bay St. Louis, MS Excellent Benefits : Medical, dental, prescription & vision, HSA & retirement savings (401k) - Generous Company Match! Hours of work: 6:00am to 2:30 pm. Overtime is expected and is required when needed. Rotating 24hr. coverage of the plant is required and is dependent on the number of total technicians and current workload. Rotating 24 Hour on-call coverage. This role primarily maintains, troubleshoots, calibrates, and repairs all mechanical and electrical equipment at the Pearl River Plant. Other duties will include installing new equipment, leading Turnaround outage events, and assisting the maintenance manager in developing and refining maintenance and project processes. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to) Develop, write, and modify procedures for safety, testing, repairing and/or overhauling plant equipment as required. Develop, write, update, and perform preventative maintenance procedures. Utilize the plant's computerized maintenance management system daily to review open work request, prioritize and plan work, update work history on all work performed, manage job plan details, assign materials used to complete work, etc.Participate fully in all Pearl River Plant safety, environmental, and improvement programs.Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair all mechanical and electrical equipment.Participate in required training programs (formal and informal) to improve technical and personal performance.
