Maintenance Technician (part-time) Part-Time Maintenance Technician Kent OH Integrity Realty Group is seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment communities including Woodland Pointe and Ryan Place. If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in your work, and provide great customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 a - 5;00 pm.Responsibilities include: Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairsCarpentry, masonry, and preventive maintenanceCompleting work orders in a timely mannerAssisting with apartment turns and preparing homes for new residentsHelping maintain the grounds, including snow removal when needed Qualifications: Experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenanceWorking knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairsFriendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skillsAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform the physical demands of the jobValid driver's license with a good driving recordReliable transportation for work useMust provide your own basic hand tools If you're dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you!
