Category: Maintenance Description: The position consists of working as a maintenance technician in all aspects of Tropicana's internal Maintenance Service Company's functions, supporting other Maintenance Teams and the Maintenance Regional Manager.$14.50 - $25 / Hr. Depending on experienceA maintenance technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. Must have technical skills, knowledge of various industry skills such as carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical etc., including but not limited to excel, word, data entry and navigating through mobile applications or via the internet to order materials and supplies Leadership and technologically inclined are a must with todays' advances in technology in the maintenance industry. The goal is to ensure that our properties are always in a presentable, safe, sanitary and sound condition. A detailed summary of skills needed are below.
