Overview

Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their property maintenance team at Highland Crossing/Square Apartment Homes in Denver, CO. This role involves maintaining a luxury residential community, ensuring quality living experiences for residents while utilizing advanced technical skills in various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve a luxury apartment community
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool, and security systems
  • Assist residents with general maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment from approved vendors
  • Maintain strong curb appeal at the property

Required skills

  • 2+ years of multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required
  • CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
