Job Description

Overview

The Maintenance Technician III at Resilience is integral to maintaining process equipment in a biomanufacturing environment. This role involves performing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance while also supporting equipment setup and training production operators, contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform emergency repairs, rebuilding, changeover, and inspections on process-related equipment
  • Install, inspect, and perform preventative maintenance in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA
  • Complete documentation and work order activities in compliance with cGMPs
  • Monitor data for equipment and system performance
  • Provide training to operators on equipment setup and minor repairs
  • Install new equipment and oversee upgrades according to SOPs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of operating areas
  • Support project implementation and validation activities
  • Perform cleaning and housekeeping for assigned areas

Required skills

  • Experience in a regulated production environment
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA
  • Proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems like Maximo or SAP
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Training in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics
