Overview

Simpson Housing LLLP seeks a Maintenance Technician III to join their property maintenance team at Boulder Creek Luxury Apartment Homes in Sammamish, WA. The role involves maintaining a high-quality living experience for residents and requires advanced technical skills in various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve a luxury apartment community
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
  • Assist residents with general maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
  • Order supplies and equipment from approved vendors
  • Help maintain curb appeal of the property

Required skills

  • 2+ years of multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • HVAC/EPA certification required
  • CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
