Overview

Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for their Boulder Creek Luxury Apartment Homes in Sammamish, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and preserving the property while ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents. The role requires strong technical skills and a commitment to customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, and security systems
  • Assist residents with general maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Help prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment from approved vendors
  • Maintain curb appeal at the property

Required skills

  • 2+ years of multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required
  • CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to be on call when required
