Overview

Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for the Boulder Creek Luxury Apartment Homes in Sammamish, WA. As an essential member of the maintenance team, the role involves ensuring high-quality living conditions through effective troubleshooting and maintenance of various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve a luxury community for quality living experiences
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
  • Assist residents with general maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment from approved vendors
  • Help maintain the property's curb appeal

Required skills

  • 2+ years of multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required
  • CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to be on call as needed
