Overview

Simpson Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for their Boulder Creek Luxury Apartment Homes in Sammamish, WA. This role involves ensuring the maintenance and preservation of a multi-million dollar community, providing quality living experiences for residents through technical troubleshooting and maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve a luxury apartment community
  • Identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
  • Assist residents with maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
  • Place orders for necessary supplies and equipment
  • Maintain strong curb appeal at the property

Required skills

  • 2+ years of multifamily or hotel maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training
  • CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to be on call
