Overview

Simpson Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their property maintenance team at the Boulder Creek Luxury Apartment Homes in Sammamish, WA. This role involves maintaining and preserving a luxury community while ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents, as well as utilizing technical skills to address various maintenance issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve a luxury multi-million dollar community
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
  • Develop rapport with residents and assist with maintenance issues
  • Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
  • Order supplies and equipment from approved vendors
  • Help maintain strong curb appeal for the property

Required skills

  • 2+ years of multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training
  • CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to be on call as needed
