Overview

Simpson Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for their Boulder Creek Luxury Apartment Homes located in Sammamish, Washington. This role focuses on maintaining a high-quality living experience for residents by utilizing advanced troubleshooting and technical skills to address various maintenance issues within a luxury community.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
  • Assist residents with general maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready for leasing
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment from approved vendors
  • Maintain curb appeal of the property

Required skills

  • 2+ years of multifamily or hotel maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required
  • CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to be on call when required
