Job Description

Overview

Pro-Active Engineering LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform general building upkeep and equipment inspections, as well as repairs and improvements to their facility. The role requires the technician to handle routine maintenance tasks, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on building interior/exterior and machines
  • Log preventative maintenance checks into asset management software (QT9)
  • Notify management of necessary building repairs and emergencies
  • Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on SMT equipment
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals
  • Maintain tools and repair equipment in optimum working condition
  • Develop and maintain Critical Spares Inventory
  • Create Preventative Maintenance documentation
  • Drive to customer sites for deliveries
  • Ensure work area is clean and free of debris
