Job Description

Overview

As a Maintenance Technician II at ProMed Molded Products, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facility's manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical system troubleshooting, and equipment inspections to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks and building/equipment inspections
  • Use testing equipment to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Maintain and repair plumbing systems and life safety equipment
  • Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair down equipment as needed
  • Participate in project planning and execute assigned tasks

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or approved GED
  • 2 year technical degree or 3-5 years experience in applicable field
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC component replacement
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
