Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Chesterfield, Virginia. This role involves providing maintenance support for a large property, focusing on a variety of technical and general maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turnovers
  • Perform general painting and drywall repairs
  • Address service requests
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Support daily grounds upkeep
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

  • 1 year of residential maintenance experience
  • General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check and maintenance skills assessment
