Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 465-unit property in Hampton, VA. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks and ensuring a positive living environment for residents, while being part of an inclusive and team-oriented culture focused on professional growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turnovers
  • Perform general painting and drywall repairs
  • Address service requests
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain daily grounds upkeep
  • Conduct thorough inspections of common areas
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required skills

  • 1 year of residential maintenance experience
  • General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry)
  • Own hand tools including handheld power tools
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pass background check and maintenance skills assessment
