Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 465-unit property in Hampton, VA. This role is ideal for someone with residential maintenance experience who is dependable and eager to develop their technical skills within a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turnovers
  • Conduct general painting and drywall repairs
  • Handle service requests
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain grounds on a daily basis
  • Inspect common areas regularly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

  • 1 year of residential maintenance experience
  • General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass background check and maintenance skills assessment
  • Own hand tools including handheld power tools
