Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 465-unit property in Hampton, Virginia. This role is ideal for dependable and hard-working individuals looking to develop their technical skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on employee growth and community impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turnovers
  • Perform general painting and drywall repairs
  • Address service requests
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain daily grounds upkeep
  • Conduct thorough inspections of common areas
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

  • 1 year of residential maintenance experience
  • General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
  • Own hand tools including handheld power tools
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pass background check and maintenance skills assessment
