Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at a 465-unit property in Hampton, VA. Key responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turnovers
  • General painting and drywall repairs
  • Complete service requests
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Assist with daily grounds upkeep
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

  • 1 year of residential maintenance experience
  • General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintenance skills assessment
  • Must provide own hand tools, including handheld power tools
