Overview

Transdev is seeking a Maintenance Technician C (I) in Baltimore, MD, to enhance their team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining engines across various vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and replacements on engines for optimal functionality
  • Assist A-Level and B-Level Mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance
  • Lead diagnostic tests to identify complex issues and determine repair strategies
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs including overhauling and rebuilding components
  • Other duties as required

Required skills

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanic
  • ASE certifications; ASE certification program provided
  • Mechanic's Tool Set
  • Vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Engine repair and diagnostic testing
  • Brake repair and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Tool usage and preventive maintenance
  • Team collaboration
  • Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules
