Job Description

Overview

Transdev is seeking a Maintenance Technician C (I) in Baltimore, MD to join their team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining engines across various vehicles, ensuring their safety and operational efficiency. Successful candidates will work independently on vehicle repairs and assist higher-level mechanics as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and replacements on engines to ensure optimal functionality
  • Assist A-Level and B-Level Mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
  • Lead diagnostic tests to identify complex issues and develop repair strategies
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair tasks on engines
  • Other duties as required

Required skills

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanic
  • ASE certifications
  • Mechanic's tool set
  • Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and diagnostic testing
  • Valid Driver's License
