Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their 651-unit property in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential maintenance and a dedication to improving their technical skills while contributing positively to the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turnovers
  • Perform general painting and drywall repairs
  • Complete work orders
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Keep grounds clean daily
  • Conduct thorough inspections of common areas regularly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required skills

  • 1 year of residential maintenance experience
  • General maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry)
  • Hands-on technical skills with own hand tools including handheld power tools
  • EPA 608 certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
