Job Description

Overview

Commonwealth is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 55 plus manufactured housing community in Everett, Washington. This full-time position involves maintaining and repairing physical structures, as well as groundskeeping responsibilities within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Receives and executes maintenance orders from supervisors
  • Assists in maintaining common areas and landscaping including mowing, trimming, and weeding
  • Maintains the pool and surrounding area
  • Cleans and maintains street surfaces, drains, and parking areas
  • Cleans recreational and laundry facilities
  • Maintains community equipment, including vehicles and landscaping tools
  • Paints and repairs community structures as directed
  • Winterizes outdoor faucets of community-owned buildings
  • Assists other maintenance workers with various projects
