Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and/or renovation, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairEPA certification & HVAC repair experienceMinimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance.
