Hands-on training is available.If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, working with people, and taking pride in maintaining a high-quality environment, we'd love to meet you!Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly BOEResponsibilities:Perform routine facility checks, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the clubMaintain cleanliness, function, and presentation of locker rooms, fitness areas, pools, and common spacesRespond to operational needs, safety concerns, and member questions with professionalism and a problem-solving mindsetAssist with setup, breakdown, and event support as neededCommunicate maintenance concerns, facility needs, and operational updates clearly with leadership and team membersBe an integrated "Whatever is needed" member of HFAC's team cultureQualifications:Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independentlyStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsComfortable performing hands-on maintenance and facility support tasksAbility to lead with professionalism and enforce club policies when neededAbility to lift, move, and carry equipment or supplies up to 50 lbsCPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain certification within 60 days of hireExperience in facilities, operations, customer service, maintenance, or athletics/fitness environments is a plusAbout CompanyHawthorn Farm Athletic Club (HFAC) is a locally owned, independent wellness community where people come to move, connect, and feel their best.
