Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at The Vistas Apartment Homes in Laughlin, Nevada. The company values personal and professional growth and fosters a welcoming work environment, essential for delivering quality service to their residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed properly and promptly
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
  • Turn vacant apartments
  • Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness
  • Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
  • Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
  • Skills relating to plumbing, appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
  • Previous painting experience preferred
  • Valid driver license and current auto insurance may be required
  • Ability to perform medium to heavy work, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
