Overview

Wallick Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves handling maintenance tasks to ensure the community remains in top shape, providing essential support to residents while contributing to their well-being and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders using technology for maintenance tasks
  • Manage unit turns and prepare units for new residents
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts
  • Maintain high standards and document work properly
  • Stay certified by maintaining required certifications

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of maintenance work experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent customer service and clear communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues efficiently
