Overview

Wallick Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time position involves responding to maintenance tasks and emergency calls while ensuring high standards in community upkeep.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders using technology for efficient maintenance tasks
  • Manage unit turns to prepare them for new residents as directed
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts
  • Maintain the community in top shape and document work properly
  • Stay certified by maintaining any required certifications

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of maintenance work experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems
