Overview

Riverstone Communities, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor and a Level 2 Maintenance Technician to support their Oak Terrace and Parkside Mobile Home Parks in Rochester, MN. This role involves leading a team while handling various maintenance tasks and ensuring properties are kept in excellent working order, contributing to a supportive community for residents and team members alike.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians while performing hands-on maintenance work
  • Manage and adhere to an established maintenance budget
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships
  • Perform plumbing repairs and installations
  • Conduct electrical repairs including fixtures and outlets
  • Handle carpentry tasks such as building structures and installing doors
  • Oversee community curb appeal and perform groundskeeping duties
  • Complete maintenance work orders efficiently
  • Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies
  • Adhere to safety laws and regulations

Required skills

  • Experience leading a team of 2+ members or managing vendor relationships
  • 3+ years in residential or commercial property maintenance or technical fields
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, groundskeeping, and landscaping
  • Skills in carpentry, painting, flooring, drywalling, and roofing
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Basic technology skills and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver's license for operating vehicles on property
