Overview

Distinctive Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II or III to ensure the efficient operation of industrial production equipment and building infrastructure in Delano, Minnesota. This role includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain optimal facility conditions.

Key responsibilities

  • Adhere to safety and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and maintain infrastructure integrity
  • Diagnose issues and perform repairs on production equipment and infrastructure systems
  • Analyze machine failures and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities
  • Effectively communicate equipment status and maintenance needs to team members
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance process efficiency and equipment performance
  • Work with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient maintenance operations
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance technical skills

Required skills
