Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at Mariner's Glen Apartment Homes in Port Orchard, Washington. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks aimed at ensuring the functionality and appearance of the property.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests and work orders are completed promptly
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
  • Maintain vacant apartments
  • Perform maintenance on pools and spas, including chemical testing
  • Maintain property grounds and maintenance shop
  • Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of building systems
  • Understanding of the unit turn process
  • Knowledge in plumbing and pool maintenance
  • Familiar with appliance and electrical repairs
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required
