Overview

The Maintenance Technician at Wallick Communities is responsible for ensuring that residential units are well-maintained and ready for new residents. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks, including responding to maintenance requests, managing unit turns, and maintaining high standards within the communities. Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders using technology for accurate maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in on-call shifts.
  • Maintain high maintenance standards and document work appropriately.
  • Keep required certifications up to date.

Required skills

  • At least 1 year of maintenance work experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently
