Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician for Pinnacle Highland Apartments in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role emphasizes a commitment to creating a welcoming home environment and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed promptly
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
  • Turn vacant apartments
  • Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and cleanliness
  • Maintain property grounds and maintenance shop
  • Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing and pool and spa maintenance
  • Experience in appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
  • Understanding of the unit turn process
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required
  • Ability to work in all types of weather and perform medium to heavy work
