Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team at Centennial at 5th Apartments in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed properly and promptly
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
  • Turn vacant apartments
  • Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness
  • Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
  • Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned
