Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for their Rolling Oaks Apartment Homes in Fairfield, California. This role emphasizes personal and professional growth, providing a supportive work environment that mirrors the welcoming communities they serve.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed properly and promptly
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
  • Turn vacant apartments
  • Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness
  • Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
  • Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Knowledge in plumbing and pool and spa maintenance
  • Familiar with appliance repair and electrical repairs
  • Basic roofing repair knowledge
  • Previous painting experience preferred
  • Understanding of the unit turn process
  • Skills relating to all building systems
  • Valid driver license and current auto insurance may be required
