Overview

Commonwealth is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician in the Greater Seattle area to maintain and repair properties managed by the company. This full-time position involves various maintenance tasks while demonstrating integrity and commitment to quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Receives and follows written or verbal instructions from supervisor
  • Completes minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects
  • Assists in maintaining common areas and grounds
  • Maintains and cleans street surfaces and parking areas
  • Cleans drains, ditches, and sidewalks
  • Maintains and tests community equipment including vehicles and tools
  • Paints and repairs community structures as directed
  • Winterizes outside faucets for community buildings
  • Assists other maintenance workers with projects as needed
