Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Rancho Carrera Apartments in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The company values personal and professional growth and strives to create a welcoming work environment, with an emphasis on the importance of its team in achieving success.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed properly and promptly
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
  • Turn vacant apartments
  • Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness
  • Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
  • Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Plumbing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
  • Knowledge in pool and spa maintenance
  • Familiar with appliance repair
  • Familiar with electrical repairs
  • Basic roofing repairs
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
