City Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician skilled in various mechanical areas, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC. The role involves hands-on maintenance following safety and quality standards set by the company while ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on maintenance adhering to local and federal guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with safety and productivity regulations including OSHA and ADA
  • Maintain and repair electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
  • Utilize tools and appliances for general maintenance tasks
  • Organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Adapt to changes and inconsistencies in the workplace
  • Present oneself and the company in a professional manner

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience operating various equipment like snow blowers and power tools
  • Strong understanding of general maintenance processes
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
