We are fully staffed with a team of four technicians, allowing for a manageable workload and strong team support. On-call rotation is one week per month when fully staffed. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive benefits and consistent hours.Responsibilities Complete service requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)Perform apartment turns and unit preparationPreventative maintenanceTroubleshoot and repair building systemsProvide professional customer service to residents Qualifications Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferredWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general repairsHVAC experience is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong reliability and attendance Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle to use during the workdayMust pass background checkMust pass drug screening (including marijuana) Compensation & Benefits 4 weeks PTO (prorated in first year)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insuranceShort-term disabilityMonday-Friday scheduleFair on-call rotation (1 week per month) We are a stable ownership group with long-term employees and low turnover.
