Overview

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team at Centennial at 5th Apartments in North Las Vegas. The role involves performing maintenance tasks, ensuring service requests are handled promptly, and maintaining property grounds and amenities.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and work orders are performed properly and promptly
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets
  • Turn vacant apartments
  • Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and cleanliness
  • Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop
  • Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
  • Skills in plumbing, appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
  • Previous painting experience preferred
  • Familiarity with pool and spa maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required
