Overview

Commonwealth is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 55 plus manufactured housing community in Everett, Washington. This full-time position involves maintaining and repairing the physical structures of buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Receives and acts on written orders or verbal instructions from supervisor
  • Assists with landscaping and common area maintenance
  • Maintains pool and surrounding area
  • Cleans and maintains street surfaces and parking areas
  • Cleans drains, ditches, sidewalks, and road frontage areas
  • Maintains recreation building and laundry facilities
  • Tests and maintains community equipment and vehicles
  • Paints and repairs community structures as directed
  • Winterizes outside faucets in community-owned buildings
  • Assists other maintenance workers with projects as needed
