XINQUAN TEXAS AUTOMOTIVE INTERIORS is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep, repair, and safety of its facilities. The role involves performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting building systems, with a strong emphasis on electrical maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage systems
  • Perform regular walkthroughs and preventative maintenance on facility infrastructure and HVAC systems
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns, plumbing issues, and mechanical failures
  • Escort and monitor specialized contractors during inspections or upgrades while ensuring safety standards

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
  • Strong experience with both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
  • Trade school certification or electrical journeyman license
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and reading electrical schematics
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical facility issues
  • Professional certifications such as OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour
  • Basic computer literacy
