Overview

As a Maintenance Technician at Ace Hardware Corporation in Princeton, Illinois, you'll be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure machinery and systems operate smoothly. Key responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical components, and plumbing systems.
  • Record maintenance or repair work details, including costs.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and using PPE.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in general maintenance and electrical duties.
  • Knowledge of conveyor systems and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and PM Software.
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Good computer skills.
