It sits at the intersection of: Service Maintenance operations Preventative care Resident experience You're not just fixing issues - you're keeping the community running the way it should. What You'll Be Responsible For Completing service requests in a timely and quality-focused manner Diagnosing maintenance issues and resolving them effectively Supporting preventative maintenance across the community Assisting with unit turns and move-in readiness Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property Communicating clearly with residents and team members Following safety standards and company procedures What We're Looking For The right person for this role: Takes pride in doing the job right - not just finishing it Is dependable, consistent, and ready to work Can handle a fast-paced, high-demand environment Communicates professionally with residents and coworkers Pays attention to detail and catches issues early Works well independently and as part of a team What This Role Is NOT Not a "quick fix and move on" position Not a slow-paced or low-expectation environment Not a role where details don't matter Anyone can close out a work order.
