Overview

Cargill is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Erda, Utah, to support their Food Enterprise operations. This role involves performing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance on various systems and equipment, ensuring the facility's operational efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility
  • Document all completed work and conditions using maintenance computer software
  • Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair components and systems
  • Operate standard maintenance tools, including power tools and pneumatic tools
  • Comprehend mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals
  • Operate a forklift
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
