Job Details Join a growing industrial manufacturer supporting advanced fluid power and motion control solutions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, and improving hydraulic equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Test and validate hydraulic assemblies using automated and manual test equipment. Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic system issues and recommend solutions. Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation. Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve technical challenges. Assist with employee training, process improvements, and quality initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and support safe manufacturing practices. Qualifications 1+ years of experience with hydraulics, fluid power systems, manufacturing, testing, or assembly. Ability to read hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot mechanical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience documenting work activities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience Technical education in hydraulics, pneumatics, or a related field. Experience with fluid power diagnostics, testing equipment, or automated test systems. Manufacturing or industrial production experience. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the workday.
