Job Description: Job Description Overview: ARE YOU HANDY? WE NEED YOU! Looking for an Maintenance Technician who can fix a leaky faucet, battle a rebellious toilet, and occasionally save the day when someone's AC decides to retire. $17.00 to $19.00 hourly. Monday through Friday with day shift hours except for the occasional emergency such as lockouts or a burst water pipe. You'll be doing things like: ️ General maintenance Plumbing repairs Basic electrical work ️ HVAC troubleshooting Occasional emergency lockouts Preventative maintenance and repairs YOU MUST: Live within 15-20 minutes of Batesville, Arkansas Have a clean background Have a clean driving record Be dependable and able to work independently Know your way around basic tools and repairs Weekends off (unless an emergency decides otherwise-because apparently pipes don't respect weekends ). If you're the person everyone calls when something breaks, we want you! Skills and Experience: You must have experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You do not have to be certified, just have some knowledge in those area.
