Maintenance Technician lRotating Shift - 2 weeks on each8am to 4:30pm12:30pm to 9pm Pay: $25.00 per hourJob PurposeResponsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility assets within a logistics center while supporting safe operations and maintaining equipment quality.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintains all equipment in the logistics center.Maintains assigned tools and supports accurate inventory of all company-supplied tools.Resolves conveyor system issues and repairs malfunctions.Maintains a high-quality appearance of equipment, facility, and grounds.Performs AV, conference room, and classroom set-ups.Coordinates calls to the waste removal company to ensure dumpsters and compactors are emptied in a timely manner.Updates maintenance work assignment records through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Performs routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on various electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the logistics center without assistance.Participates in on-the-job training for all skill areas involved with equipment and facility maintenance and repair.Performs minor welding tasks using electrical welding equipment on mild steel and follows all safety practices related to welding processes.Performs additional duties as assigned.Meets attendance and punctuality standards.Previous Work Experience1 to 3 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience.Training or equivalent experience in basic AC and DC electricity.Experience repairing and maintaining mechanical devices required.Introductory welding knowledge and familiarity with safety requirements related to electrical welding practices.Education/CertificationHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesEffectively use relevant material handling equipment.Adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.Read blueprints and technical journals.Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on completing tasks.Execute oral and written instructions and seek clarification when needed.Perform basic mathematical calculations.Communicate clearly and convey necessary information.Build solid, effective working relationships with others.Work constructively under stress and pressure while managing high workloads and deadlines.Lift and transport up to 50 pounds.Provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.Remain stationary for extended periods.Use relevant computer system applications, including spreadsheets, word processors, databases, and similar software, at a basic level.Working ConditionsOccasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business needs require.Technicien(ne) de maintenance Ilities IQuart rotatif - 2 semaines sur chaque quart8 h à 16 h 3012 h 30 à 21 hSalaire : 25,00 $ l'heureObjectif du posteResponsable d'effectuer l'entretien préventif et les réparations des équipements et des installations dans un centre logistique tout en soutenant des opérations sécuritaires et en maintenant la qualité des équipements.Responsabilités principales• Assure l'entretien de tous les équipements du centre logistique.• Maintient les outils assignés et soutient l'exactitude de l'inventaire de tous les outils fournis par l'entreprise.• Résout les problèmes liés aux systèmes de convoyeurs et effectue les réparations nécessaires.• Maintient les équipements, les installations et les terrains dans un état propre et professionnel.• Effectue l'installation de l'équipement audiovisuel ainsi que l'aménagement des salles de conférence et de formation.• Coordonne les appels à l'entreprise de gestion des déchets afin de s'assurer que les conteneurs et les compacteurs sont vidés en temps opportun.• Met à jour les dossiers d'affectation des travaux de maintenance dans le système informatisé de gestion de la maintenance (GMAO).• Effectue de façon autonome l'entretien préventif régulier et les
