Job Description

Overview

Maple Donuts, LLC is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for their 2nd Shift team in Lake City, Pennsylvania. This full-time position involves troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to line-down calls and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and production machinery
  • Diagnose PLC issues with limited programming required
  • Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Required skills

  • Industrial maintenance experience (minimum of 3 years)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
