Job Title: Maintenance Tech 2Location: Reno, 89506Pay: $25 - 35/hr DOEShift: Mon- Fri. 11PM- 7:30AMMAINTENANCE TECH IIEducation and/or experience: Two-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, read wiring schematics, technical manuals, operating/maintenance manuals andprocedures. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Technical skills: Knowledge in PLC and VFD programming. Single and 3-phasepower training. Trouble shoot electronic circuitry. Fine measurement toolsproficiencies, calipers, bore gauges etc Pneumatics and Hydraulics. Generalbuilding maintenance, safety, LOTO procedures. Electric Motor repair . single and 3-phase. General skills in upkeep of building maintenance. Welding preferred, basic plumbing skills preferred.Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and fundamental of plane and solid geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.Reasoning ability: Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment todiagnose machine malfunctions and determine need for adjustment or repair.
